It is perfect and now I can open the window at night without worrying about my cat sitting in the window and pushing the other screen out.

The cat tried to "pat" a bird through the mess today and got her claw stuck, i have to report that the mesh stayed securely attached to the window and did not tear as she pulled herself free. When I go to work, he usually sleeps right against the door, even though I gave him (I really did lol) his own chair to sleep on right there.Suki (my cat) is a little disappointed she hasn't yet worked out how she can create an escape to chase the birds. It's been so lovely to be open the windows in our flat without worrying for the first time in a year and a half since we had our cat.

My cat is a constant hunter and during the night he will jump out the top window onto our extension roof and he has been known to jump back in with a dead rat in his mouth.

She's also had to have cage rest since her surgery which she's absolutely hating, but it's for the best and stops her jumping around and delaying the healing. He does get a little upset when Macy crawls into my lap but I make sure to give him extra attention because I'm just as attached to him.
